Chicken Pasta Recipe




Here is a recipe for chicken pasta:

Ingredients:

8 ounces pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cooked broccoli florets
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, until it is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and cooked pasta to the pan with the chicken. Mix everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top of the pasta.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve the chicken pasta hot. Enjoy!
